    Vitamins are the natural substance that we need to live our life, Vitamins gives us the different kinds of supply in our body like proteins, carbohydrates, minerals, essential fatty acids, other nutrients, so here we have the basic description of all the vitamins along with its functions, Food sources and the disease that is cause if we are lacking theses vitamin.
